We turn our Tea Room by day into an art studio by night, providing a beautiful setup dedicated to you and your guests.

Marcela is a professionally trained artist who will simplify every technique, guiding everyone to a successful wall-worthy piece of art. 

Mark will wow you with his music selections as our DJ and Bartender.

Your private event includes the following:

• A beautiful indoor or garden venue (depending on the weather)

• The exclusivity of choosing a painting from our library, or suggesting one of your own

• Canvas options 16x20 / 11x14/ 12x12 /10x20 selection upon availability.

• Use of acrylic paints, brushes, aprons & easels

• One (1) choice of tea for all to enjoy, may be served hot or iced.

Most events begin at about 6 p.m. However, we are flexible on days and times as long as it is available on our schedule.

Cost for your private painting party is $800 for up-to 20 painters.

*cost is the same if the group amounts to less*

Your choice to have the event catered or choose to Add-on some of our specialties.

Add-Ons upon request 

• Tea room style buffet for up-to 20 guests: $140. Includes fruit platter, 3 types of tea sandwiches per person, and a sweet treat.

• Dessert bar buffet for up to 20 guests: $140. Includes 4 small desserts per person (selection varies)

• Special drinks, specific wines, beers, seltzers, we can do this for you at an additional cost. 

 

We have a wine, champagne and beer bar available for purchase.

You may choose to set a bar tab. 

Glass of wine $8, Bottles $25, Beers $3-$5 per bottle. 
We carry a large variety of fine wines, if you choose to bring your own there is a corkage fee of $10 per bottle.

What is Not allowed to bring

Extra-large wine bottles of 1.75l size or wine boxes

Beers, Hard seltzer, Hard alcohol 

Drinks in cups from other establishments or brought from home.

 

Once you have committed to hold the private event, full payment is required. The date will only be reserved once the payment in full is received.  Once the date and time is booked; I have cleared my personal and business schedule for your private event. Payments are not refundable; rescheduling will require new payment.  No exceptions.

We can hold off-site painting events for up to 100.

Off-site charge additional $300
